Shipping policy

Every DaniTees item is printed for you after you order it, so an order has two stages: production, then shipping.

Production

Our printer fulfils most garments in 2 to 5 business days. The day you place the order doesn't count — the first business day is the next one. Large orders and the weeks before the holidays can run longer.

Shipping

Shipping time is separate from production and depends on the destination and the service chosen at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, before you pay, based on where the order is going and what's in it.

Tracking

You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking as soon as the parcel leaves the print facility. If you haven't had tracking within 7 business days of ordering, email danitees26@gmail.com with your order number.

Split shipments

Orders containing several items are sometimes produced at different facilities and may arrive in more than one parcel, at no extra cost to you. Each parcel has its own tracking.

Duties and import taxes

If your order is shipping outside the United States, any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country are set by that country and are the customer's responsibility. They are not included in the total you pay at checkout, and we have no way to calculate them in advance.

Delivery addresses

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you and you can pay the cost of sending it out again. See our Refund Policy for more.
